Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is by card only, processed securely at checkout. We may cancel or refuse any order, and if we do we will refund your payment. Shipping is within the United States only.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. Collective membership, commissions and profit-sharing are governed by the program rules presented in the member portal, which may be updated from time to time. Members are responsible for their own taxes on earnings.

If you opt in, Gameday Jerky LLC will send you text messages related to your orders, membership or requests you have made. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

The site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Gameday Jerky LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
