I've been making beef jerky since I was a kid — long before it was a business. Sports took me through college and 15+ years on the sideline as a coach, and through all of it jerky was always in my bag: the pregame, the road trip, the long practice.
I built Gameday because I couldn't find a jerky good enough to match that life — real beef, simple ingredients, made for gameday. And I built the Collective so the people closest to the game — coaches, trainers, athletes — can represent the brand as their own and share the profits.
